Drop-Off / Pick-Up
Campers do have access to a phone to call home. Please make sure your child knows the best phone number to use and that it is on their registration so we can help them if needed.
Cabinmate RequestWe understand that kids want to be with their friends, especially if it's their first time at camp, and we do our best to accommodate those requests.
What to Bring to Camp: Toiletries, a towel, clothes for 4 days +1 extra set, PJs, rain gear, a swimsuit, sneakers + extra pair of shoes, a coat, bug spray, sunscreen, a Bible(if owned), a sleeping bag, a pillow, a fitted twin sheet, and, water bottle with their name on it.
All medications should be turned in at registration in original packaging with the campers name on it.
What NOT to bring to Camp: knives, fireworks, candy, snacks (unless needed for a food allergy), or any other electronics such as game systems or phones. Kids may call their parents from the camp phone if needed.
We make sure the kids are well fed with snacks and food throughout the day. Candy and drinks are included in your camp fee, allowing one visit to the snack shack per day.
- Drop off is Sunday between 6-7pm in the main lodge. Please make sure your child has had dinner, as we will be providing a late evening snack only.
- Pick-Up is Thursday between 2-3pm in the main lodge. They will have had lunch and will be on the field. Only authorized persons will be allowed to pick up the camper.. If you need to add or change a name on your approved pick up list, please do so as soon as possible. Again, for the safety of all of our campers only the lodge will be "open" during pick up, the rest of the camp will be "closed".
